City Council Preview – What’s on the Agenda for the Last Meeting of the Term?

Police Investigating Two Additional Incidents of Hate-Related Graffiti
Guelph Police Service are investigating two additional incidents of what they’re calling hate-related graffiti. The news comes just a little over a week after it was reported that someone plastered the front door of the Beth Isaiah Synagogue on Surrey Street West with several anti-Semitic stickers, but it seems that those spreading hate around Guelph are not content with just one act of anti-Semitism. No Less Than Three COVID-19 Outbreaks Now at Guelph General
It’s probably not the news anyone wants to hear, but it’s probably the news we’re going to have to get used to hearing as we move deeper into the fall and winter seasons. Not only does Guelph General Hospital now have one COVID-19 outbreak, it has three. The three separate units on three separate floors are now closed to all visitors except for the ones who are there on compassionate grounds.
