Since 2004, Guelph has been a riding on its own, but as we all know Guelph is a rapidly growing city, and a single MP can only represent so many people. They tell you to open with a joke, and that’s what Premier Doug Ford did as one of the first speakers at this year’s Association of Municipalities of Ontario conference in Ottawa on Monday.
