Schools province-wide are re-opening, and that brings with it certain concerns about health and safety with the Omicron variant still spreading. Perhaps the public could use some reassurance? Public Health Says Everyone That Can Work From Home, Now Needs to Work From Home

Just a day after the Government of Ontario announced that they’re putting a rush on boosters and capping attendance at large venues, Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health announced that they were going further with new COVID precautions. By order of Medical Officer of Health Dr. Nicola Mercer, starting Monday, anyone that can work from home needs to start working from home as the effort to slow Omicron ramps up. Black and Longfield Tour West Willow Neighbourhood Food System

Food security has been one of the defining issues of the pandemic era, and Guelph has been at the centre of trying to find new and innovative solutions. One of the groups doing a lot with a little is the West Willow Village, and they got a chance to show off all their hard work Thursday during a visit from Guelph MP Lloyd Longfield and Senator Rob Black.
