Get Any Dose, Any Time, as Public Health Winds Down Vax Clinics in August
In nearly seven months, the local COVID-19 vaccination effort has gone from a desperate quest to get more doses to the appearance that this widespread vaccination effort is nearing completion. Ontario Moving on to Stage 3 Next Friday
Good news has been sometimes hard to come by in the last 15 months, but there was definitely some good news on Friday as the Government of Ontario announced that stage 3 is beginning early. Although the original intent was to move to the third and final phase of the economic re-opening on July 21, positive developments on both lower case counts and high vaccination rates means an early jump on stage 3. RECAP: Mercer Updates Vaccine Progress in Town Hall with Schreiner
The vaccine roll out continues here in Guelph, around the region, and across Ontario and the rest of Canada. Progress to get the population fully vaccinated is being made swiftly and assuredly, but people still have a lot of questions about the vaccines, they’re efficacy, and what people need to know before they get their first and second shot.
