For opponents still hoping to use the courts to undermine the Federal carbon tax, it was more bad news as the Ontario Court of Appeal joined its Saskatchewan colleagues in recognizing the constitutionality of the Greenhouse Gas Pollution Pricing Act (GGPPA).
