Library Can Open With Stage 3, But Probably Not for a Couple of Weeks

As previously reported, Guelph is one of the areas in Ontario that has been approved for Stage 3 re-opening by the Government of Ontario starting this Friday. Question: Does that include the library? The City of Guelph Sets Dates on Re-Opening Some Facilities

Library Says Curbside Pickup is Coming June 1, GRCA Announces New Relaxed Regs

In new signs that we’re slowly but surely getting back to something resembling normality, there have been two new announcements Friday that should make social distancing easier in the days to come. First, you will soon be able to borrow physical materials from the library again, and if that doesn’t float your boat, you will be able to actually float your boat in Guelph Lake this weekend. Public Drop-Off, Library Services, and GRCA Parks Are – Slightly – Reopening

If you have a lot of garbage lying around, and no way to get rid of it, then you will be happy to hear that the public drop-off will soon be open again in a limited capacity in the very near future. Also returning to some kind of normalcy, and just in time for the long weekend, will be access to parks and trails government by the Grand River Conservation Authority. For further good news?
