RECAP: Police Board Hears About Internet Crime and an Annual Report

The June meeting of the Guelph Police Services Board covered a lot of ground on a lot of issues. The annual report will be coming any day now, and there was a sneak preview for the public here. RECAP: Ward 4 Residents Get the Last Word in Budget Town Halls

It was the sixth of six ward town halls about the 2024-2027 multiyear budget, and it happened in Ward 4, aka: The Quatro. RECAP: Police Board Endorses Motion to Promote Bail Reform

This month’s Guelph Police Services Board meeting was brief, but still relatively consequential. The board marked the sad news in policing today coming out of Edmonton, added their voice to the call for bail reform, and appointed a committee to secure a new member of the board.
