Unless people are just passing through, Guelph’s parks have been empty for the better part of the last two months, but some of those restrictions are now being lifted, and just in time for a nice stretch of spring weather. Public Drop-Off, Library Services, and GRCA Parks Are – Slightly – Reopening
If you have a lot of garbage lying around, and no way to get rid of it, then you will be happy to hear that the public drop-off will soon be open again in a limited capacity in the very near future. Community Gardens Set to Reopen on Friday
Late last month, the Ontario government gave the province the thumbs up to re-open community gardens, which acknowledges their place in the local food economy, not to mention a means of community engagement.
