RECAP: JSSLAC Gets the Point in Time Count and Gets Winter Update

Even though it’s February, the Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Board of Health had their first meeting of the year, and since it was their first meeting of the year there was a lot of housekeeping to do right off the bat.
