As usual, the Guelph Public Library Board of Directors was the last meeting of the the month, and there was a lot going on. There were annual reports from the human resources and the communications department, and then the board looked to the future by putting some money forward to get needed equipment for new library building and looked how to organize future raised funds in their endowment. The April meeting of the Guelph Public Library Board of Directors will be a busy one. RECAP: Library Board Hears Youth Plans and Makes New Lease Offer

Nothing too scary at this month’s Guelph Public Library Board of Directors meeting, just some of the usual updates. In terms of the new stuff, there was a discussion about youth programming at the various library branches and how the new main building will help them scale up those services. RECAP: Library Board Approves Strat Plan Then Goes In-Camera for Last ’24 Meet

The last meeting of the Guelph Public Library Board of Directors for 2024 (sadly), was a mostly straightforward affair.
