The Government of Ontario today announced changes to the funding of autism therapies. Again. KidsAbility Cuts Jobs Again in Wake of Autism Funding Changes
Changes to the province’s autism funding has claimed more jobs in our area, at least that’s according to the CEO of KidsAbility. Linda Kenny told staff this morning that come January 2020, between 20 and 25 staff members will be laid off in a new round of job losses following nine layoffs earlier this year. VIDEOS: Parents Angry and Emotional About Changes to Autism Funding at City Hall Vigil
On Monday, changes to autism funding go in effect in Ontario, and the people that are directly affected, the parents of children with autism, are not pleased.
