RECAP: Heritage Guelph Meeting for November 14, 2022
The last Heritage Guelph meeting for this term of council offered a sneak preview of the challenges facing the next council. With Bill 23 creating some pretty stark changes for how heritage properties are preserved and protected in the future, planning staff offered a way forward in the short-term.
