Guelph Soccer Gets Money to Promote Girls in Sport
Last week, the Canadian Women & Sport and E-Alliance released a study that found one in four girls who took part in a sport prior to COVID-19 will not be returning. That means as many as 350,000 young women across the country will no longer be getting the fun and benefit of participating in sports, and that’s something the Federal government wants to stop from happening.
