At Guelph city council, March came in like a lion, and it went out like a… slightly smaller lion. Since the weather was (mostly) nice, it was perhaps unsurprising that this summer’s patio program took up so much of the meeting time this month, but there were other matters covered including more planning applications, and the mid-term governance review.
