In front of a packed house at the Italian Canadian Club on Tuesday night, six of the eight candidates running to be the next Member of Parliament for the riding of (most of) Guelph met to have a not-debate. Lloyd Longfield, Ashish Sachan and Mark Paralovos weren’t there, and depending on how they feel about free wheeling political debates with lots of audience interaction, maybe they’re glad they weren’t at the Royal City Mission Thursday night.
