City Council Preview – What’s on the Agenda for the September 16 Meeting?

This special meeting of City Council will focus on the Baker District Redevelopment, which includes the new branch of the Guelph Public Library. Back in July, a staff report suggested that they need to cut millions of dollars from the budget for this project, and that it was already going over budget.
