If it’s the middle Wednesday of the month, then it’s time for the new regular monthly council meeting. Staff will present an update on all the effects and costs of the pandemic, but we’ll have to wait an extra couple of days to find out the full measure of those details.
NOTE #1: Delegates will be able to appear at this meeting via telephone, but you do have to register with the clerks office before 1o am on Friday June 12. You can also submit written delegations and correspondences for agenda items.
NOTE #2: The meeting will be closed to the public, though it will be live-streamed on the City of Guelph’s website here.
CLOSED MEETING: 361 Whitelaw Road, City of Guelph Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment Application File No. OZS18-005 Notices of Appeal pursuant to Sections 22(7) and 34(11) of the Planning Act – Council will discuss the motion in camera due to litigation or potential litigation, and matters of solicitor-client privilege.
Managing the Impacts of COVID-19: Update #3 – Chief Administrative Officer Scott Stewart and his deputies will present an update on the City of Guelph’s response to COVID-19. No report has been posted yet, but it will likely be included with the amended agenda update on Friday June 12.
