MEETING PREVIEW: Guelph Public Library Board for June 24, 2024

In their last meeting before summer vacation, the Guelph Public Library Board is going to have a lot of ground to cover. RECAP: Friends Ask the Library Board for Help, and Donor Recognition Discussed

The theme of April’s meeting of the Guelph Public Library Board of Directors was “help.” It makes sense because one of the many functions of the library is to give help to those who asked for it, and the Friends of the Guelph Public Library were asking because they need a space for their annual book sale this year. Also, in matters of helping themselves, the board moved forward with a project to show gratitude for people who give to the new library project. It was a good day for the Guelph Public Library, and not just because today was the day for the monthly Board of Directors meeting.
