RECAP: Board of Health Hears About Helping Parents and the Climate Vulnerable

At the last meeting of the Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Board of Health before summer vacation, there was some timely discussion about the community health effects from the changing climate. On top of that, there were renewed warnings from Dr. Nicola Mercer about ticks and West Nile, but in positive news the region is seeing success in having fewer road accidents and in supporting babies on their way to becoming school kids.
