The October meeting of the Guelph Public Library Board of Directors went long even thought there were only three reports for discussion on the agenda. Of course, one of those reports as about setting a course for the Library’s strategic vision and mission over the next five years, so may be it shouldn’t be surprising that there was a lot to talk about.
