Back to Business as Usual at Guelph Schools on Tuesday

With the morning’s announcement that the Ontario government will repeal Bill 28, and the follow-up announcement that the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) will end their strike, all that talk about remote learning this week at our local schools has been cancelled. Get ready for business as usual starting Tuesday at all schools in Guelph and Wellington County.

Upper Grand District School Board

There will be NO shift to remote learning in the UGDSB this week. All schools will remain open to students for in-person learning.

Additional information:

  • Adult ESL classes in our Continuing Education Program will resume on Tuesday November 8.
  • UGDSB Community Use will resume regular operation on Wednesday November 9.

Wellington Catholic District School Board

All Wellington Catholic District School Board schools will re-open to in-person instruction beginning on November 8, 2022.

As well, Before and After School programs will resume services tomorrow, Community Use of School permits will resume tomorrow and Extra-curricular activities can also resume beginning tomorrow.
