RECAP: Guthrie Says The State of the City is Stable, But Facing Strong Headwinds

The state of our city is mixed. That is the message that came out of this morning’s edition of the annual Guelph Chamber of Commerce event. Mayor Cam Guthrie delivered his twelfth State of the City in front of business leaders with a call for unity, co-operation, and support. In the midst of economically and fiscally difficult times, Guthrie laid out his vision of where Guelph’s been and where it’s going next, and then he answered some question.
