Given the news earlier this week that a measles cases was detetected in Guelph, it should come as no surprise that this month’s Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Board of Health meeting kicked off with a discussion about the dangers of… drinking! No, wait, that was later in the meeting. Yes, the Board heard about the dangers of measles in our community and being unvaccinated, and the dangers of increased access to alcohol.
