It was a pretty straightforward meeting of Heritage Guelph this October, and it even had an obligatory stop at the cemetery. The most controversial item on the agenda, even mildly, was planned repairs to the retaining wall along the river at The Boathouse, which is one of those instances where legal requirements trump heritage ones.
