This June meeting of the Guelph Police Services Board came with some special appearances. First, a representatives from the local Crime Stoppers offered their annual update, which was fitting because the Service itself had some annual reports of their own. But the day belonged to a small group of community delegates who were deeply concerned about noisy cars driving around Guelph. More on that in a minute because here’s the recap.
